House Rules & Rental Terms
1. Responsibility
You are fully responsible for the condo and everything in it during your stay. This responsibility also extends to any guests you invite. Please be respectful and avoid disturbing other residents in the building.

2. Condition of the Condo
The condo, including all furniture and accessories, must be left in the same condition as when you arrived. Any damage, loss, or missing items will be charged to the guest.

3. Liability
We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of your or your guests’ personal belongings, at any time.

4. Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum during this time.

5. No Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including:

Inside the condo

On the balcony

In common areas

On the building’s grounds
This applies to tobacco, cannabis, and vaping products.

6. Fines & Violations
Failure to follow any house rule may result in a $250 fine per violation or per day, at the landlord’s discretion.

7. Lost Items
Lost or unreturned keys or garage remotes will incur a $250 replacement fee.

8. Building Rules
Guests must comply with all building co-ownership (condo association) regulations.
