This four bedroom, four and half bathrooms, with a home-cinema, backyard and two rooftop terraces has been meticulously designed by the owners with the help of an award winning architect.
The home features bespoke furniture, original artwork, and a layout carefully sculpted around the 145-year-old maple tree in our garden. Every architectural detail was curated to maximize natural light and a connection to nature, while ensuring absolute privacy and silence right in the city center.
The main level features heated polished concrete floors, a sleek, hidden-appliance Chef’s kitchen. Double-height ceilings feature skylights which double as the glass floor of the terrace above flooding the space with natural light. Through the bi-fold doors, the living room completely opens to the lush garden and charming green alleyway.
All bedrooms feature king-size beds and their own bathroom. Ascend to the rooftop oasis to find one sun-drenched terrace and another nestled beneath the maple’s canopy. For entertainment, the lower level houses a state-of-the-art 8K Dolby Atmos home cinema.
